Wok Palace house rules
Our house rules are intended to guarantee a safe and service-oriented restaurant. All instructions from our staff regarding these house rules must be followed immediately. If the house rules are broken, our staff may remove you (or have you removed) from the restaurant. Criminal offences are always reported to the police. This translation is provided for information only; in case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Because of table planning, we have to give your table to other guests 30 minutes after your reserved arrival time.
2. There is no entitlement to a refund if the full package is not used.
3. For reasons of hygiene and safety, pets are not allowed (except assistance dogs).
4. At the start of your visit, a member of staff will kindly show you to your table. Changing tables without consulting us is not allowed.
5. To ensure safety and hygiene, walking around the restaurant without shoes is not allowed.
6. Fun Palace is intended exclusively for children who are guests at Wok Palace. Parents always remain responsible for their children.
7. To keep our value for money customer-friendly, we may charge for wasted food and drink (e.g. €10 per item).
8. Please hand in any items you find that do not belong to you to a member of staff.
9. Property of our restaurant may not be taken outside or moved without consulting us. This also applies to (leftover) food and drink.
10. Anyone causing damage or destruction will be held fully liable for repair and/or replacement.
11. Carrying weapons is prohibited. If weapon possession is detected, the police will be called immediately.
12. Possessing, using or dealing drugs is prohibited.
13. Entry to Wok Palace may be refused if you are tipsy or drunk.
14. Wok Palace uses video surveillance. This footage is provided to the police and judicial authorities in the event of theft, disturbances and/or accidents.
15. In accordance with the law, we do not serve beer or wine to guests under 16 or spirits to guests under 18. If in doubt, we will ask for ID. Enjoy, but drink in moderation and always be considerate of those around you.
16. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors.
17. Wok Palace cannot be held liable for damage to, loss of or theft of (personal) belongings.
